Teams of Our Lady is an international Catholic movement of “married spirituality,” which brings together Christian couples united by the Sacrament of Matrimony who wish to deepen the grace of their sacrament. It is active in over 50 countries and throughout the United States.

A team is a group of five to seven couples and a chaplain, who meets once a month to share, pray, and discuss the challenges of Christian marriage and life. It is a call to grow closer together in love and holiness.
